Our terms are strictly cash with order. We accept Access. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta/Connect and Switch cards. If posting an order to us you can pay by the above credit cards or by cheque or postal order making cheques payable to Highfield Nurseries. Please do not mail cash. Credit cards are debited at the time of ordering in accordance with our cash with order terms of business. All orders are bookable subject to stock at the time of lifting your order. We acknowledge all orders and, a copy of our planting instructions will be found behind the address label on your consignment when it arrives.

We hope to hold prices until late May when the website will be updated at the same time we publish our catalogue.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% except for 'zero rated' items such as fruit trees, soft fruit, etc.

This website is for use by Highfield Nurseries mail order customers. Prices and sizes may vary at our Garden Centre.

FREE CARRIAGE
If your plant order exceeds £75.00 our carriage charge of £8.95 will be deleted (Not applicable to offshore islands, Isle of Wight and postcode areas listed below).
For delivery to the Isle of Wight, offshore islands and the following postcode areas we will need to see your order so we can quote for the best carriage rate.
AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, ZE.

ORDERS TO YOUR FRIENDS
Orders can be sent, on request to a different address provided full instructions are given with the order. A carriage and packing charge of £8.95 is payable for each different destination (or ask for quote if one of the areas listed above). If paying by credit card, then the holder’s name and address must be given.
 

COLLECTION OF ORDERS

Customers wishing to collect their orders from our Plant and Garden Centre may do so during the hours of Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm and on Sundays from 10.30am-4.30pm. We require 7 days notice of collection of orders and all orders must be pre-paid at the time of ordering.

Our special plant collections must be pre-booked.

SUBSTITUTES

We may supply substitutes of our choice unless you tell us not to on the order form. We also reserve the right to substitute where necessary in any of our Plant Collections.

HIGHFIELD PLANT GUARANTEE

All plants are double checked at the Nursery before despatch and in the unlikely event that any plant should fail within 12 months of purchase, at our discretion, a free replacement, refund or credit note will be given to the purchaser. Please return the plant and let us know how it has been cared for (postage costs will be refunded). This guarantee is valid provided the plant has not been neglected. This is in addition to your normal statutory rights.

PACKING AND CARRIAGE

We take great care and pride in the packing of our produce to ensure that bales and boxes come to no harm on the journey even if delayed. We have been despatching to customers all over the UK for over 80 years. Please add part carriage costs as shown on the order form.

DESPATCH

Owing to the different planting seasons some orders have to be despatched in two or more consignments. Your Despatch Note will be found behind the address label together with planting instructions on the outside of the package. We despatch daily by carrier. Small parcels are sent by post and local deliveries by our own lorry.
